Transfers are not spending
Withdrawing cash, moving money to savings or paying off a credit card moves money between places you own. TrackExpenses records those as transfers, so the lunch you later buy with that cash is counted once. Bank SMS imports recognize ATM withdrawals, cash deposits and card bill payments and file them as transfers when both accounts are clear.
Credit cards
A card account carries what you owe as a liability. Purchases on the card are expenses; the monthly payment is a transfer from your bank to the card. Read the credit card guide for the full method.
Recurring transactions
More → Recurring creates rules every day, week, month or year — or every N of them, such as every 2 weeks. Each occurrence is created once, even when two of your devices sync.
Safe with history
An account with history is archived rather than deleted, so past balances still add up. A deleted transaction can be undone for a few seconds, everywhere in the app.

How do I record paying my credit card bill?
Record it as a transfer from your bank account to the card account, not as an expense. The purchases on the card were already your spending.
Can I have more than three accounts?
